There are great walks from the door and it's in a great location in Dartington close to market town of Totnes and Dartington Hall. It's extremely peaceful and often the loudest sound you'll hear is the steam whistle from Staverton steam railway 1 1/2 miles away.

There is a sunny terrace with a table and chairs.

Totnes is just a 1 1/2 miles away and can be reached easily by bike along the excellent off-road cycle path between Dartingon and Totnes.
